- Weigh yourself.
- Take a picture of your starting point- Take before & after photos frequently to keep an eye on your progress!
- Pick a consistent time- consistency is a key.
- Choose your workout days.
- Wear comfortable clothing.
- Wear workout shoes.
- Make sure equipment is taken care, for example bands, kettlebell, 4-6dumbbells in different weights and a mat.
