  • Weigh yourself.
  • Take a picture of your starting point- Take before & after photos frequently to keep an eye on your progress!
  • Pick a consistent time- consistency is a key.
  • Choose your workout days.
  • Wear comfortable clothing.
  • Wear workout shoes.
  • Make sure equipment is taken care, for example bands, kettlebell, 4-6dumbbells in different weights and a mat.
